Ooi/Kitakami

I've been toying with fielding some of the more niche ships in my collection and there's one among them that I wanna use simply to unleash its potential hitting power.
Of course, I'm talking about the modified Kuma-class light cruisers Ooi (or just Oi) and Kitakami.
Why, you ask? Well, because launching 40 torpedoes from a single ship in a single turn seems pretty damn fun, at least for me.
On the other hand, they wouldn't be too hard to knock out before they got there unless the IJN player used proper caution.
This does provide one challenge in terms of card design as well: how will all those torp launcher markers fit on the stat card?

Those ones are indeed going to be a challenge, my datacards weren't designed with ships with 10 torp launchers per side in mind
I do have some options however, I'll experiment a bit and report back as soon as I got something workable.

Sadly, it's only 5 quad launchers per side, which is slightly more managable.

An early draft puts it at 68 points.... maybe thats why the IJN converted them to fast transports so soon

How is this for a start? It could use a better picture, and I've 'misused' the secondary slots to get the five launchers per side.

Oi and Kitakami have been added to the Zip-archives for the IJN from 1.3.5.
