Italian Modernised Battleships Speed

Hi, just started using this ruleset and having a blast so far. Just wanted to ask, given that the Andrea Doria's and Conte di Cavour’s were faster than the Nagato class battleship's after their modernisations, being able to make 27 and 26 knots respectively to the Nagato's 25. Is there any reason why the Nagato's are speed 15 and the Italian battleships are limited to 10. They went to great effort to achieve those speeds, (Including removing a turret for more machinery space) it seems a bit harsh to deny their only advantage over their foreign counterparts given their worse armour and armament.

Interesting, I might have overlooked the speed increase after the rebuilds. I will amend the speeds in my changes for next version. You can play the ships with speed 15 for the time being. Thank you for noticing!
