The Cleveland class lt cruiser had 12 6" guns. the data chart gives them an 8 rate of fire for the rear guns -- should this be 6, the same as the front??

You are correct! It should list 6 instead of 8. I've corrected it in my database, it will be fixed the next time I update the game.
