Giuseppe Miraglia

I've just downloaded the new rules and stats and I've been skimming over them. I happened to notice Giuseppe Miraglia was missing the Seaplane Tender rule. Looking forward to digging into everything more indepth, looks like ships picked up a lot of new specials to play with!

Noted, I'll add this to the list of quick fixes. I should be able to adress these small changes quickly but some time may be needed to get the new zip-files up to the server (the datacard zips are to large for me to upload, the webmaster needs to do it because of security constraints)
