1.3.6 Hotfix

Hello all,

I've made some small changes to the rulebook and the Japanese command station.

- Adjusted the night-engagement rules to include modifiers for air attacks and off-table air support.
- Added some wording to air attacks. The attacking player may now choose to combine attacks from identical flights or to roll each flight seperately. This opens options to combine attacks to get a higher tier on the hit location chart or to roll each flight separately to get different hit locations.
- Made a small change to the Japanese command station to enable 'Veteran flight crews' to apply to dogfights in the indirect activation phase.
