1.3.5 Update

I've just uploaded all the files for the 1.3.5 update.

Breakdown of the changes:

- Points values for carriers have now been separated between the ship and the air group.
- Small changes to the hybrid-carrier special rule
- Stroke of luck now also allows a re-roll for dogfights

This should flesh out the Datacard archive to include all ships up to Leyte for the US and Japan.

Due to progress on the japanese fleet list for the Guadalcanal battles some additional classes have been added to the Japanese Datacard zip-archive:

- Akizuki-class Destroyer
- Junsen-class Submarine
- Type A-class Submarine
- Mizuho-class Seaplane Tender (this is now a seperate class)
- Nisshin-class Seaplane Tender
