There's a discrepancy in the rules. Finding the range in the description says half the ROF. The chart says half the successful hits. Which one is it? Personally, I like half the ROF better.

For 'finding the range' you should halve your RoF. I'll correct the error.

How about evasive, cover, etc.? Is half the successes an error and should be half the ROF? I could have sworn that all of them were half the ROF at one time.

No, evasive, cover etc all halve your successes. As far as I know this has always been the case (except when cover was a flat -1 to hit)
