Ranging shots

If a ship with primary and secondary guns fires ranging shots...how do you play this?
Ranging with secondarys (half Dice) if successful same ship can fire with full ROF with their primarys or will all guns from the firing ship have half ROF?

As you mentioned this I found out that I did not describe this example in the rules. That is because most secondaries have 'rapid fire' and do not require ranging shots. If you have multiple weapon systems that require ranging shots I'd half the RoF for both systems during the turn you are firing ranging shots. If you have found the range, next turn both systems can fire full RoF.
